About 25% of the purchases of "Transneft" can be non-public.

A draft government decree prepared by the RF Ministry of Energy on the number of non-public procurement of "Transneft" could close up to 25% of tenders of the pipeline company, the RF Ministry of Energy stated in a memorandum, a copy of which was examined by "Interfax". "It is expected that about 25 % of total purchases by JSC "AK "Transneft" and its organizations will fall under the act of the Government of the Russian Federation on approval of the list", - the document informs.
