Russian oil companies have overpaid for oil transportation

In 2019, Zagorsky pipe plant increased volume of LDP shipments by 15%

In 2019,the  Zagorsky pipe plant shipped a total of 575 459 tonnes of pipes. Compared to 2018, the company showed a 15% increase in the shipments.
