From October 1, the Federal Tariff Service has offered to increase Transneft’s tariffs on oil transportation via main oil pipelines by 6.3% on the average, explanatory note to the Service’s draft order “On establishment of tariffs for Transneft’s services of oil transportation via the system of main pipelines”.
