Rosneft” asks the Federal Tariffs Service not to summarize the extra charge with the current oil pumping tariff via the ESPO to China, but to register it separately, Vedomosti writes citing the source. The tariff is included into the price formula of oil, exported to China. So, an increase of a tariff is to be agreed with China.
