From September, Transneft will decline the volume of oil supplies to Belarus

From September, Transneft will decline the volume of oil supplies to Belarus by 400,000 tons, several Russian mass-media report referring to the Vice President of Transneft M. Barkov. The company explains that by the need in rapid repairs of the Druzhba pipeline. However some experts think that this measure and the claims of the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being against Belarus milk quality, are connected with reaction of the Russian authorities to the recent arresting in Minsk of the CEO of Uralkalium V. Baumgartner.
