Ministry of Energy of Russia asks Transneft to expand its investment programme until 2020

The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation has recommended to Transneft to expand its investment programme until 2020, inclusive of all the current plans on the increase of oil pumping. Deputy Minister of Energy, K.Molodtsov said.
He hopes Transneft’s stand on a matter will be formed in the near future.
The Deputy Minister said that the Ministry of Energy of Russia hoped a matching of the investment programme with the plans on possible oil pumping to the east and forming of the western direction.
