“Transneft” has become friends with “Summa”

“Transneft” and “Summa” group have agreed on the management scheme over the Novorossiysk sea trade port (NSTP) which is controlled on the parity basis. The state company will obtain the post of the head of the Board of Directors, it will be occupied by the first Vice-President of “Transneft”, M. Grishanin. R. Antolovich will stay the CEO of the NSTP, the state company wanted to replace him. Analysts think “Transneft” initially didn’t hope for the full satisfaction of its requirements.
