Stage 1 of the Southern pipeline will be launched in 2016

Transneft is going to transport via the pipeline not less than 6 million tons of oil products.
Transneft is going to launch stage 1 of Southern pipeline at the division of Tikhoretsk – Novorossiysk in 2016, ITAR-TASS reports referring to the Deputy Vice President of the company, V. Nazarov. The pipeline will be built by 2018, and transporting will be up to 9 million tons. The prospective diesel fuel exports concerning the railway is 40 million tons, he adds.
