Russia to deliver oil to China via Kazakhstan

The RF supported the plan of Rosneft to increase deliveries to China at least by 9 million tons. The plan of ESPO oil line development makes it possible to increase the deliveries only by 1.5-2 million tons. However, in 2014 Rosneft will be able to supply China with additional 7 million tons of oil by means of swap. Totally, the deliveries of Russian oil to PRC will exceed 30 million tons.
