Transneft will not change its plans on Zapolyarye – Purpe project in case of tariffs freezing

Transneft will not change its plans on the  project for the construction of the Zapolyarye – Purpe oil pipeline in case of freezing of tariffs in 2014, the chief of the company, N. Tokarev says. The decision of the freezin of tariffs has not been officially decided as yet. If the verdict on this point is positive then Transneft is going to correct some of its projects, and postpone their realization. However, that’s not true for the Zapolyarye – Purpe project.

Zapolyarye – Purpe is a part of Zapolyarye – Purpe – Samotlor pipeline system. The project will introduce to circulation fuel from the new deposits of the Yamal-Nenets autonomous are and the Northern Krasnoyarsk region.
