Transneft will complete repairs of the Druzhba pipeline before the end of the year or at the beginning of 2014, the chief of the company N. Tokarev said in the Far East. The present pipe is too old and they are going to replace at least 700 km of the pipeline. Mr. Tokarev does not tell about the precise reduction in oil supplies to Belarus in October.
