Transneft informs about possible suspension of work of pipeline in the Ukraine

Transneft doesn’t rule out that the work of the oil-products pipeline system PrikarpatZapadtrans in the Ukraine may be suspended in the near future, the company’s press centre reports.
The oil pipeline, owned by Transneft’ subsidiary Southwest Transnefteprodukt has operated in the territory of the Ukraine for more than 40 years.
The claim of the Ukrainian General Prosecutor's Office for the reclamation the oil-products pipeline DP PrikarpatZapadtrans and the recognition of Ukrainian property rights on this pipeline has been in the Ukrainian commercial courts since 2005," – the report says. On April 2nd of 2014, the Economic Court of the Rivne region resumed the proceedings on reclamation of the oil-products pipeline by the Ukrainian side. A court hearing on the case will be held on April 25th of 2014..
