The Novorossiysk Port: A solution proposed by Transneft

"Transneft" and "Summa" have found an option of their assets division.

"The Kommersant" inquired about the items of the discussed partition scheme of the "Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port" (NCSP) group assets between "Transneft" and "Summa". The state-owned company may sell "Summa" its 35.5% in NCSP, receiving then all the group's oil-tanker assets, including the Primorsk Trade Port. But the partners can not agree on the transaction price, moreover, there is a threat of problems with the minority shareholders of the group.
