The Russian Government has not agreed as yet the scheme for distribution of the assets of Novorossiysk Sea Trade Port between Transneft and Sum Group

The Russian Government has not admitted as yet the scheme for distribution of the assets of Novorossiysk Sea Trade Port between Transneft and Sum Group, the chief of Rosimutschestvo, O. Dergunova claims.

The process has not been started as yet; they discuss now whether to initiate that or not. The point is in the Government, and the Cabinet of Ministers should elaborate their position. The initial structure presupposes that Transneft will get the oil loading assets and Sum Group will get the ‘dry’ terminals, she tells.

The destiny of the port can be discussed only after the agreement by the Government of the scheme for the distribution of its assets.
