The branch from the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline to the Eastern petrochemical company should be constructed by the project initiator – Rosneft, head of Transneft, Nikolay Tokarev stated.
“The branch should be constructed by Rosneft. Our task is to provide the estimated capacity in the volume of 80 million tons, not only for the Eastern petrochemical company, there are a lot of companies that will develop their production,” – he said.
