Transneft doesn’t want to see Rosneft among its shareholders

Igor Sechin’s proposal to hold an additional issue of Transneft’s shares in favor of Rosneft has aroused a sharp reaction of the transport company. Transneft called the Rosneft’s initiative rushed, compared it with “hysterics, which is unworthy of this company”.
