"Transneft" proposes to send Tatarstan oil to Europe through a separate pipe again.

"Transneft" offers to direct high-sulfur oil, produced in Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Udmurtia, via a separate stream to the terminal in the port of Ust-Luga (the Leningrad region), the deputy vice-president Igor Katsal stated in an interview with the corporate magazine "Truboprovodniy transport nefti". In a tube sour crude oil is mixed with the sweet crude oil (up to 0.61%) and sulfurous oil (0.61 - 1.8%) and is exported from the output, losing in price and quality to world reference oil. The capacity of the oil terminal is 30 million tons, "the Vedomosti" writes.
