Transneft and Rosneft start continue their long term spat

A conflict between Transneft and Rosneft, which lasts for not the first year, has again escalated: head of the monopoly Nikolai Tokarev threatened to sue the oil company, as it changed the plans of loading the Zapolyarnoe - Purpe oil pipeline, which is being built, reoriented a part of volumes to its pipe. Sources of the Kommersant in Rosneft assure that the company informed the monopoly about the plans and agreed the route changing.

Transneft is considering the possibility of a trial with Rosneft, the president of the monopoly Nikolai Tokarev state in an interview with "Pipeline transport of oil". It doesn’t like that the oil company decided to revise its plans for loading the Zapolyarnoe – Purpe oil pipeline, which is constructed by Transneft. "Rosneft doesn’t want to move in that direction - well, this is its problem. But we have reason to solve the problem, including in court. And we use this right, because this causes a serious damage to property of Transneft, - said Mr. Tokarev. According to him, the construction is carried out on schedule, the pipeline will be launched in 2016.
