Transneft does not know the source for financing of ESPO increased capacity as yet

The increase of the capacity of the ESPO pipeline system to 91 million tons will cost 258 billion rubles under the preliminary estimation, the Vice President of Transneft A. Sapsay says at the session devoted to Far East development held by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology.
