Transneft does not know the source for financing of ESPO increased capacity as yet

The increase of the capacity  of the ESPO pipeline system to 91 million tons will cost 258 billion rubles under the preliminary estimation, the Vice President of Transneft A. Sapsay says at the session devoted to Far East development held by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology. He explains that enlargement of capacity of the system will need the broadening of ‘the west direction’ pipelines, the construction of pumping stations and other infrastructure projects, and a branch pipeline to the complex of the  Eastern Oil Chemical Company that Rosneft plans to build
