Transneft is ready to resume oil supplies to Ukrainian refineries

Transneft is ready to resume the oil supplies to Ukrainian refineries in the case of consent of the companies and the Russian Ministry of Energy, deputy vice-president, director of account planning and cargo traffic of Transneft Igor Katsal reports.

"There were some questions, and we talked about it. The Ukraine thinks for a long time, they have a simple problem now - just to fill in at least part of pipelines, which they filled with water,"- the representative of the Russian transport monopoly says.
