Transneft suggests to the Russian Government to refuse from participation in elaboration of the Agreement for transit by the CIS pipeline transport that was to provide to the CIS states equal rights to the transporting systems of Gazprom and Transneft. The corresponding letter signed by the Vice President of Transneft M. Barkov was sent to the Government.
