Transneft analyzes the variants of either reduction of its shareholding in NTMP (Novorossiysk sea trade port) or getting dispose of it, the chief of Transneft N. Tokarev says. The final decision will be made by the Russian Government. In the case of agreement of positive decision, the corresponding procedure would need several months.
Earlier the Premier D. Medvedev ordered to the Ministries of Economic Development and of Transport to elaborate the point of the structure of privatizing of the state shareholding in NTMP, and to bring the suggestions to the Government until June 15 2014.
