Russian laws don’t allow Rosneft to buy additional issue of Transneft

The current Russian legislation limits possibilities of Rosneft to buy additional issue of Transneft’s shares: very serious arguments are necessary to get round these restrictions, head of the Federal Property Management Agency Olga Dergunova stated to journalists.
