Within Southern project Transneft starts building pipeline from Volgograd refinery

Transneft - Pipeline Construction Management has started construction of the linear section of the main oil products pipeline, which will connect the Volgograd refinery of Lukoil to the future head pumping station Tinguta. The work is carried out in the framework of the second phase of the South project, Transneft reports.
