Plans of Chinese companies on construction of oil refinery in the Amur region are unchanged

Chinese investors have decided not to abandon the construction of a refinery in the Amur region, despite the lack of guaranteed raw materials. This was announced by the Governor of the Amur Region Oleg Kozhemyako.
