Lukoil and Transneft discuss possible access to the Ukrainian pipeline

The mass-media reported before that Lukoil was eager to get the Ukrainian Prikarpatzapadtrans pipeline being not Transneft’s property. The property right of Transneft has been contested since 2005. The pipeline is idle now, and Lukoil negotiates with Transneft for getting of the right to manage the pipeline.

Prikarpatzapadtrans owns the parts of the oil pipelines Samara-Western Direction and Grozny-Armavir-Trudovaya located in the Ukraine with total length of over 1,200 km.
