On April 26th, Transneft’s Board to consider issue of distribution of profit for 2016

At the meeting on April 26, the Transneft’s Board of Directors will consider the preliminary distribution of the company’s profit for 2015, Transneft reports.
Apart from the issue of dividends, the Board of Directors plans to approve the annual report of the company, as well as its financial statements for 2015. In addition, the agenda includes the issue of remuneration by results of the activity in 2015.
