The companies had discussed it two years ago, but then "Rosneft", which has repeatedly had conflicts with "Transneft", has decided to implement the project itself. The structure of "Mostotrest" had to build a pipeline worth 47 billion roubles. But now, on the one hand, the cost of the pipe increased and on the other - the the access to money in the marketscomplications. The current agreement will allow "Rosneft" to pass all these problems to "Transneft".
