Transneft starts Turkmen oil transporting via the Baku-Makhachkala-Novorossiysk pipeline after denouncing the intergovernmental agreement about Azeri oil transit. The first tanker with Turkmen oil has arrived to Makhachkala, the President of Transneft I. Dyomin says.
