Transneft increased estimation of the cost of Zapolyarye-Purpe project to 199.2 billion rubles

Transneft increased estimation of the cost of Zapolyarye-Purpe project from 120 billion rubles to 199.2 billion rubles, the Vice CFO M. Grishanin says. The reasons for revision are possible prolongation of the whole route from 490 km to 520 km, possible prolongation of on-land divisions that cost much than underground pipe laying. They also translate expenses to prices of 2014 and evaluated compensation of the Zapolyarye climatic conditions to the construction staff. By now they have received the positive verdict from the State expertise of Russia for both lines of Zapolyarye-Purpe.
