Surgutneftegas was ordered to unblock the road “Vitim-Talakan deposit”

Surgutneftegas is to unblock the road in the Lena district that connects 4 villages with the capital of the region, deputy chairman of the Government of Russia, plenipotentiary to the President of Russia in the Far Eastern federal district, Y. Trutnev, said.
According to him, people should feel comfortable where they live, should have no obstacles on the roads. Surgutneftegas, as well as other companies, are granted subsoil not in their property but for use, so that they could extract mineral reserves, pay taxes and salaries. They don’t own the land, Mr. Trutnev said.
He added that this issue should be considered at the legislative level.
