Transneft has asked to delay launch of Zapolyarye -Purpe pipeline as the oil companies are not ready

The Board of Directors of Transneft has sent an appeal to the Government with a proposal to amend the decree N635-p dated April 22nd, 2010 and to delay the launch of the Zapolyarye -Purpe oil pipeline to 2016 because of lack of resources to fill the pipeline and to start its operation, the company’s quarterly report says.
