Rovensky Court of Appeal has proven the right of Transneft’s affiliate for diesel fuel at the oil products pipeline

The Rovensky Court of Appeal of the Ukraine has proven the right of Transneft’s affiliate for diesel fuel at the oil products pipeline going by the Ukraine’s territory, Transneft reports.
Previously the Supreme Court of Appeal satisfied the claim of the Rovensky Prosecutor’s Office on the transfer of the oil products pipeline to the property of the Ukraine. The oil products located at the oil products pipeline were proven the property of the Russian monopoly.
