"Rosneft" again invited "Transneft" to build an oil pipeline from the ESPO to Komsomolsk oil refinery, Nikolai Tokarev, the president of the pipeline company, stated. The branch can be built in three years, but "Transneft" is still studying the project: "We are still analysing, because the question is new - three years have passed, much has changed, and we can not give the right to confirm the readiness today. We need to make sure that we are able to redistribute forces and capabilities to implement the project not to the detriment our investment program".
