FAS discusses project on connection of mini-refineries to oil pipelines

On May 24, 2014, the Federal Antimonopoly Service plans to complete the public discussion of a new project to change the rules to connect independent refineries to main oil and oil-products pipelines. The project is located on the Single web-portal of the federal authorities.

The Russian Government’s draft resolution "On amendments to the Rules of connection of refineries to main oil and oil-products pipelines and registration of refineries in Russia" excludes liabilities for inclusion refineries under construction in the register of the Ministry of Energy.
