Rosneft’s projects can cost 320 billion rubles for Transneft

Rosneft suggests realization of different pipeline projects for a total sum of 320 billion rubles; if the company refuses to finance them, this price will have to be included to common tariff for transporting via Transneft system, the Presidential Adviser of Transneft I. Dyomin says.
