Transneft founds new subsidiary Transneft Vostok

Transneft has founded a new subsidiary, Transneft Vostok, the official representative of Transneft I. Dyomin says. The new subsidiary will unite all Transneft’s subsidiaries operating in Far East. The headquarters of Transneft Vostok will be located in Khabarovsk. Far Eastern Construction Direction will be liquidated, Mr. Dyomin says. Far Eastern Construction Direction was founded for realization of the project of the construction of ESPO's two branches.
On February 5th, the plenipotentiary presidential representative and the Vice Premier, Y. Trutnev told that the Premier D. Medvedev ordered to analyze possible shifting of the offices of the large companies with the state shareholding to Far East.
