Transneft invests 5.7 bln roubles into construction of a port’s pier in Novorossiysk

​Transneft will invest about 5.7 bln roubles into the construction of one of piers of the port in Novorossiysk – Western moll, the first deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, R. Tsalikov, reported to the President Putin.

He said that in conformity with the Presidential order, non-budget sources of financing were attracted to complete the construction of the object being for a long time under construction.

 Transneft is the investor. The realization of your order has already been started. The necessary volume of funds – 5.7 bln roubles – has been determined. The first tranche of 1.7 bln roubles has already been made, Tsalikov reported.

According to him, this decision will allow to accelerate the start of works at the Western moll. We are sure it will allow us to complete the main works at the hydrotechnical objects, and that will mean the acceleration of works by 2 years, Tsalikov said.
