“Transneft” refuses to give technical specifications for connection to Eastern Petroleum Company

“Transneft” has refused to give connection specifications to Eastern Petroleum Company (Rosneft) in the volume of 24 million tons a year. The deputy vice-president of “Transneft” I.Katsal said.

He has reminded that earlier the Eastern Petroleum Company got technical specifications for connection in the volume of 10 million tons a year. As it is said in the materials of “Transneft” the cause of refusal is the absence of information on the demand for transportation volume via the pipelines with an indication of suppliers and oil delivery acceptance stations.
