Russia offers Kazakhstan oil transit to Europe via southern string of Druzhba pipeline

The Russian side has proposed Kazakhstan to consider oil transit to Europe via the southern string of the Druzhba main oil pipeline, which is laid through the territory of the Ukraine, the press centre of the Ministry of Energy of Russia reports.
The Ministry didn’t disclose the reasons for and details of the proposal.
