Lukoil awaits granting of the quota for oil supplies via ESPO in Q3 at a rate of 100,000 tons, whereas the initial application was 200,000 – 250,000 tons. The company has got confirming from Transneft. The Ministry of Energy tries the application, the President of Lukoil V. Alekperov says.
