"Rosneft" plans to start operation of the refining complex under construction facility in Primorye by the end of 2020, and petrochemical plants - in 2022, Yuri Kasyuk, the general director of "Eastern Petroleum Company" (VNHK, operator) in an interview with "The Golden Horn" newspaper.
He recalled that "Rosneft" has defined "Angarskneftehimproekt" the general designer of the complex.
"The preparation of the project documentation will take about two years, and then we are going to pass the state examination and begin to build the complex.
