Shmatko and Vyugin become independent Directors of Transneft

Shareholders of Transneft have elected the new Board of Directors at the annual meeting; only two previous Directors kept their positions in it – the Chairman of the Transneft’s Council and Head of Nord Stream AG, Matthias Warnig and the company’s President, Nicolay Tokarev, the pipeline monopoly reports.
