"Rosneft" takes on a new point.

The route of oil supply into China changes.

On Monday, Igor Sechin spoke about the new details of the project with the Chinese company CNPC. According to him, in a feasibility study for the joint refinery of the two companies in Tianjin, the local delivery of the light crude oil is accounted for. In addition, due to the fact that the Chinese did not have time to expand the pipelines on the border with the Russian Federation, "Rosneft" had to find a new point of the temporary supply of oil to China: according to "the Kommersant" tankers will have to carry the raw materials through the Kozmino port. It was a surprise for "Transneft", which has already spent 26 billion roubles on the expansion of the Russian section of the pipeline.

The parameters of the Chinese projects of "Rosneft" - a long-term supply contract of oil supply into China through the ESPO pipeline and the refinery project in Tianjin - slightly adapted. So, on Monday Igor Sechin stated that the Tianjin plant, scheduled for launch at the end of 2019, would also process local Chinese raw materials. "Part of our resource materials will be supplied, - he explained, - but part of the raw material, and it is noted in the feasibility study, particularly for petrochemical complex will be light oil produced in the PRC".
