Transneft criticizes expansion of Eastern petrochemical company

The calculations of the oil transportation monopoly have revealed the necessity in additional investments in development of the Eastern petrochemical company at the amount of 257.7 billion RUR.
The conflict of Transneft and Rosneft grows larger. Transneft criticized the project of growth of the facilities of Eastern petrochemical company which will need the additional investment at the amount of 257.7 billion RUR. In these conditions Transneft believes that the project of Rosneft is “inefficient and unreasonable” and Rosneft refers to the demand of Vladimir Putin to reduce the value of the fuel in the Far East. Rosneft is not ready to finance the expansion of the pipelines, Kommersant reports.
