In the first seven months of 2013, Transneft could pump roughly 11 million tons of oil via the second stage of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific ocean oil pipeline.
The launch of ESPO-2 in December of 2012 allowed it to increase the volume of marine shipments in the Far Eastern port of Kozmino by 3 million tons as compared with the same period of the last year.
