Transneft is apprehensive about possible loss of the property right for product pipeline division in the Ukraine, the chief of the company N. Tokarev says. Transneft has won all the suits where the Ukrainian lawyers contested the property right of Russia for the division executing supplies via Western Ukraine to Hungary. However 2 days ago, Transneft’s subsidiary was informed by the Court of Rovno that it will revise the decision. The session is planned for April 25.
