Transneft will donate to the state via increased dividends

Transneft is ready to increased dividends by RAS from 25% to 37% of net profit, nearly 4 billion rubles in the total. The state, as the majority shareholder will get nearly 3 billion rubles, by 72% more than in the previous year. The growth will not influence the holders of the preference stocks. They will get standard 10% of net profit.
