Transneft expects cold weather to start the construction of oil pumping stations at ESPO

ESPO transport control center, an affiliate of Transneft, has started the realization of the investment project on the increase of ESPO throughput capacity at the site Tayshet-Skovorodino oil pumping station up to 80 mln tons of oil a year.
The construction of 3 oil pumping stations in the Irkutsk region will be the 1st stage.
In total it is necessary to construct 6 oil pumping stations and reconstruct 15 existing ones for the project’s realization.
It is necessary to increase the volume of the reservoir park by 50 thousand sq m, construct 6 substations 220/10 kW and 950 km of high-voltage power transmission lines.
All new oil pumping stations will be constructed in the Irkutsk region and will be given numbers 2,3,5,6,7,9.
