Transneft confirms access of Lukoil and Bashenft to ESPO

Transneft has confirmed the possibility of access of Lukoil and Bashneft to the ESPO oil pipeline, as well as the possibility of the delivery of additional volumes by Rosneft in the direction of China, the press secretary and council of the company’s President Igor Demin reported to the Prime.
“We gave our opinion on the technical feasibility to pump the oil of Lukoil and Bashneft via ESPO (Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean). We confirmed the technical feasibility to start pumping additional volumes through Skovorodino for Rosneft in 2013,” – he said, didn’t specified volumes of fuel, which the oil companies planned to supply to ESPO.
